Where are the villas located?
Both villas are in the Cala en Blanes area, near Ciutadella, on the west coast of Menorca.
Which beaches are nearby?
From either villa, Cala en Blanes and Cala en Brut are less than a five-minute walk away.
Is a house guide available?
You will have access to a house guide containing all the information you need for a successful stay. It may be provided as a printed manual, a digital PDF document or an interactive app for your phone.
Booking conditions
How does booking work?
Booking with Menorca Ideal is both simple and tailored to you. Choose a property from our collection, complete the online form and we will contact you directly: we value direct contact. Once you have chosen a property and availability is confirmed, you approve the booking and its conditions. A deposit finalises your booking, then our concierge service arranges all the services needed to make your stay unique.
How will payment for my stay work?
To confirm your booking, we will ask you to pay a deposit within 72 hours of signing your contract.
The balance must then be paid no later than 2 months before the start of your rental.
Will a security deposit be required?
Before your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any damage. The amount will be specified in your rental contract. It will cover replacement or repair costs, supported by receipts supplied by the owner.
Are early check-in or late check-out available?
Arrival at the property is set for 4 pm and departure for 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on property availability. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance. They can only be confirmed a few weeks before your arrival.
What are the cancellation conditions?
You may cancel your contract subject to the following charges:
- Up to 2 months before arrival: 25 % of the total rental amount
- From 60 days before arrival to check-in day: 100 % of the total rental amount
